Welcome. I'm using the point of view of the psychology of relevance. It could be defined as an approach that identifies the relevant processes taking place in a person, then accompanies them towards their accomplishment. Everything that manifests in an individual has its reason for being, its relevance. ​ From the beginning of our existence, we all face situations where emotions overwhelm us, where we are ignored in our feelings. It hurts us a lot and hurts us deeply. To continue living, our mind puts these emotions aside (splitting). Then begins an unconscious process, in order to recognize and reintegrate what has been put aside. ​ We all have difficult inner states to live with. Anxiety, stress, depression, phobias and fears are present in all of us, to varying degrees. These symptoms are relevant because they call for our attention. They invite us to go and see and recognize in ourselves what has been hurt and split. This approach leads us to the heart of emotions and feelings, while giving them full consideration. When what calls our attention is fully recognized, we are naturally quieted. The process is completed. The symptoms disappear, because they are no longer necessary.
