My teaching style mainly revolves around being creative (you're never too old to learn the fun way)! I like to keep your language goals, hobbies and personality in mind when designing classes. And most importantly I pride myself in creating a safe space where you are kind to yourself and find your voice in English! I am from Yorkshire, a county in the north of England known for its Roman and Viking heritage. At 18 I moved to Warwick in the heart of England to study Physics. Then I moved even further south, to London. During my PhD in Geoscience in London I started tutoring science privately. After my PhD I lectured for 1 year at University College London. In 2020 I moved to Potsdam and I spent 2 years as a researcher at the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences. In 2023 I started to return to teaching. I currently teach English and Yoga in Potsdam. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and helping them build confidence in English.
