I am Haya from Jordan, a translator with a Master's degree in Intercultural Communication from the University of Applied Sciences Fulda in Germany.

As an experienced Arabic tutor and translator, I have a deep understanding of the Arabic language and culture. I have spent the last 8 years teaching Arabic as a foreign language to people of all backgrounds and levels.

In addition to my teaching and translating qualifications, I am an avid traveler and student of other cultures. This allows me to bring a unique perspective to my teaching and translation work and helps me to better understand and connect with my students and clients from different cultural backgrounds.

Dear Sirs and Madames,

I gave private tutoring for a long time during university.
As a student of human rights and then as a project worker
I have already given language courses for refugees so that they can study successfully. (Learning buddy program: Start with a friend).

Now I teach my native language in Vienna. After my work as a project worker, I was an intern at the Advocacy Section of the United Nations where I was responsible for translations on a daily basis.

I’m a American from Pennsylvania. I’ve lived in North Carolina, Washington DC, and New York. I graduated from Duke University in 2015. I spent 3 years in the commercial real estate industry and then one year in the classroom teaching history in Brooklyn.

Currently, I’m a masters student at UW in Vergleichende Literaturwissenschaft. I completed a degree in Romance Languages at Duke University (currently ranked 10th in the US and 25th in the world, depending on which ranking you adhere to).
