After an initial consultation with you to discuss whether there are any specific areas that require particular focus, I will create a personalised and comprehensive lesson plan according to your child’s needs and the number of sessions intended. All tutoring will be in line with the current national curriculum. I have experience working in a Saturday school initiative for disadvantaged primary school children who required additional support with their English Literacy. I also achieved A* in English Language and English Literature at GCSE, and have a BA (Hons) in Ancient History, an essay-based degree. I’m also studying to become a CPCAB accredited Counsellor so I have a strong sense of empathy and active listening skills.
