Trusted teacher
As a Bachelor's student, engaging with the law as a discipline for the first time, or a specific area of the law can be very challenging and often a seemingly insurmountable hurdle for many. With this in mind, as a Graduated Bachelor Student of the European Law School at Maastricht University and a Graduated Master's student in the European Private Law program at the University of Amsterdam, I offer my knowledge. expertise and support in overcoming these hurdles, explaining the difficult legal concepts, and clarifying the structure and approach used in many European-focused legal courses.
My approach is direct and hands-on. I will go over the required readings, explain and clarify difficult concepts, go through case law, and prepare for exams. My mentality is to create a personalized plan for each student and cater to their specific needs. The ultimate goal of the tutoring in my opinion is both reaching a satisfactory end goal ( passing the course and getting a good grade), as well as developing legal and organizational skills.
The main areas of law that I will be offering tutoring in are European/Comparative Contract law, EU Substantive law, Consumer Rights Law, Human Rights in Private Law, EU Company law, and European/Comparative Tort law. That said, feel free to message me about other law subjects and we can try to find an arrangement.
