Hi, I'm Jeff, a Law / Science (Chemistry) student at UTS. I received 97.15 ATAR and Band 6 results for the 3 subjects I offer to tutor. I have over 2.5 years of tutoring and teaching experience in both Australia and South Korea and I honestly enjoy tutoring and seeing students who understand the subjects better over time.
I also offer general English classes, since I have 975/990 TOEIC result, which is equal to +115/120 TOEFL and 8.5/9.0 IELTS scores.
Since I am studying both Law and Chemistry on University level, I am sure that the 3 subjects are still relevant to me quite extensively, meaning I can tutor with confidence.
I also do have a valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) with proven record.
I can speak both English and Korean fluently, and I was a military interpreter for the language pair at the Republic of Korea Army for 2 years.
I can teach in the Sydney CBD or in the Inner West region, or over the Internet as well.

I believe learning is all about questioning. That's why I focus on allowing students to ask themselves questions continuously, instead of trying to 'drill' in waves of information into their head. I provide students with opportunities to assess themselves by testing their newly learned knowledge and to find what they misunderstood so they can become better.
