Ich habe ebenfalls die Schwierigkeiten und Probleme, die SchülerInnen oft in der Schule haben, kennengelernt. Da ich immer wieder Nachhilfeunterricht anbot und auch selbst immer wieder Herausforderungen in der Schule bewältigen musste, konnte ich Einiges an wertvollen Erfahrungen und Nachhilfe-Methoden mitnehmen, um meine SchülerInnen zu unterstützen.

Für mich ist das Wohl der SchülerInnen am wichtigsten. Sie bekommen bei mir individuell angepasste Nachhilfe, damit sie in kurzer Zeit grosse Fortschritte machen können. Ich bemühe mich darum, mich regelmässig mit den SchülerInnen auszutauschen, sodass ich die Nachhilfestunden immer vorbereiten kann. Ich finde es sehr wichtig, dass man als Nachhilfelehrer vorbereitet kommt, sodass der Unterricht direkt losgehen kann und keine Zeit verschwendet wird.
