Hello, I would like to introduce myself. I have taught English and Russian to foreigners for many years and i love my job! I am very sociable, open-minded, patient and tolerant. I have always been goal-oriented ,and i prepare an individual training programme to each pupil related to their age, goals and levels. All my pupils have achieved good results !
If i teach children, i usually prepare materials from Disney Cartoons , If my pupils are teeenages, we discuss music, social networks, relationships, if i teach adults, i find materials according to their goals and interests ... I always use humour and funny stories in classes. During my long period of teaching foreign languages i have carried out my own programmes of explaining grammatical difficulties in both English and Russian. Hello I am Alena. I was born and raised in Moscow,Russia, but now i live in the UK. I have a Russian diploma of Moscow State University with the qualification Russian as a foreign language and a diploma from Moscow State Pedagogical University with the qualification An English language teacher.
I am also PhD in Philology. I hold 150-hour Advanced TEFL UK certificate and many certificates of teachers` training from Open University UK and the British Council.
