After a career as Principal Dancer with an internationally renowned national ballet company, I pursued my Master of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance and Choreography at New York University, thereafter having had the privilege of working in various ballet companies, schools, and universities in the USA and abroad. I have had experience in all aspects of dance administration and leadership in the professional company, conservatory, and higher education/academia.

It is also a fantastic sport for developing a child's coordination, in addition to developing grace, balance, agility and posture.
It also offers gymnasts the opportunity to express their own personality and expression, while learning new body and technical skills using the following apparatus: Ribbon, hoop, ball, rope and clubs.

At each lesson, I offer a mindfulness meditation in which I transport you to the world of dreams.
