I've been playing online poker for over 12 years with decent success having started from learning the very basics of pot odds, fold equity, implied odds to the very advanced concepts of position and initiative as well as having a balanced strategy and putting maximum pressure on your opponents in order to maximize profits over the long run.

I generally end the lesson with a game against them where I expressly leave a few errors lying around, so as to create spontaneous didactic moments (sometimes with a hint!). A brief summary of the mistakes made during the game follows, which serves as a hook for the next lesson.

Two of my students (with whom I have been working for 2 years) finished 1st and 5th in their respective age categories at the last Belgian youth championships.

I decided to set my goal at 2000 Elo on the next Christmas Eve, turns out I didnt need that much time, I had already gotten to 2000 ELO on te 13th of October, and was 2100 ELO on Christmas Eve.

I offer both online and face-to-face training. For online training we can use Discord, Skype or Zoom.

The training is adapted to the needs of the student. During the lessons, we work together to identify the student's weaknesses and work specifically on them.
I was first introduced to chess at the age of 5. At 17 I joined the Düsseldorf Chess Club and at 18 I headed a primary school chess club.
I have a Chess.com online Rapid Rating of around 1650, which puts me in the top 2% of rapid chess players on Chess.com.
I use a large part of my free time to improve my chess skills by working through books, solving problems, playing games, analyzing them extensively and exchanging ideas with other players.

FIDE classical rating of almost 2100.
• Winning the Warsaw Chess Championship (Polish capital championship)
• 17+ years of tournament experience and 6+ years of teaching experience
• Experience in training both children and adults
• Extensive knowledge in all areas of chess
• C2 Proficiency level in English (certified by CPE Cambridge examination)
• Worked in chess journalism interviewing figures such as Magnus Carlsen, Botez Sisters, David Howell and writing articles for a Polish chess media.
• Currently studying the 6th year of medicine at Medical University of Warsaw

During our lessons I will assess your current skills and areas that need improvement. We will work on all aspects of the game that include but are not limited to: calculation, tactical awareness, understanding of strategy and positional play, knowledge of common endgames and endgame technique, openings. I will also help you to establish your own training routine. I am flexible when it comes to scheduling our lessons. The lessons are conducted in a friendly atmosphere with an emphasis on your improvement and enjoyment of the game.
