I offer hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, yoga nidra and meditation classes.
If you are looking for both friendly and professional approach, I could be the teacher for you.
I am a 200hr certified yoga teacher and I finished my training in Rishikesh, India.
Every class is prepared specifically for your needs and the level you are currently at. We always start with relaxation, awareness practice, breathing exercises, gentle stretching, after which we go into sun salutations and asanas for the day.
I own a yoga studio where I teach every day, group and individual classes.

My name is Sonja, I'm a yoga teacher from Croatia.
I've been practicing yoga since 2016. and last year I decided to finish a 200hr teacher training in Rishikesh, India, which was the best decision ever because the knowledge I gained in India was much more than what I was expecting to get.
Since I finished the training I've been teaching yoga in my own studio in Croatia.
I teach hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, yoga nidra and meditation.
What my students enjoy most in my classes is my friendly and individual approach (I work with no more than 10 students per group) and the deep relaxation methods I use in meditations.
I'm looking forward to meeting you and learning more about you and your yoga needs.

Hello, I would be delighted to introduce you to 'joint-gentle' exercises that will allow you to sculpt yourself AND solicit your deep muscles WITHOUT damaging your joints. My clients are happy athletes who practice my knee friendly techniques and who see impressive results. Results and a more serene state of mind. At each lesson, I offer a mindfulness meditation in which I transport you to the world of dreams.
I also offer stretching classes, LIA (low impact aerobics) as well as muscle strengthening classes.
