The Yoga Temple’s mission is to adapt to the restorative and positive aspect of the ancient teachings of yoga to reflect today’s modern lifestyle. To accomplish our mission, The Yoga Temple will always provide a warm, friendly and welcoming environment to serve a diverse community of yoga practitioners of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds for our Meditation, Restorative Breathing, Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes.

We believe that Mindfulness Meditation and Restorative Breathing are the keys to unify the body, mind and spirit and our sessions are based on your current fitness pace and long-term health goals. Through personalised sessions and group classes, we helped several individuals embrace healthier living through Mindfulness Meditation and Restorative Breathing. We specialize in Mindfulness Meditation and Restorative Breathing also known as Pranayama which is a slow, deep, regular, and rhythmic breathing pattern that relaxes and clears the mind and enhances overall health and happiness. As a result, you will experience relief of chronic pain, reduced stress and anxiety levels, strengthening of the spine as well as an improvement in memory and sleep.

We offer virtual yoga through our online classes. This is a private one-on-one yoga sessions. These classes are designed to improve your physical and mental health from any location. Our live online yoga sessions are a great way to incorporate yoga into your busy routine.

Carol is a Wellness Advisor, has also been practicing yoga since 2001, having received training and initial certification in 2006 from BodyWorks as a Yoga Instructor in the Cayman Islands. In 2012, she received additional Therapeutic Training and earned her certification from Functional Synergy Inc. in Toronto, Canada, and a certificate in advanced sports and exercise nutritional advisor in 2017, from the Health Sciences Academy in London, England. Specializing in Meditation, Restorative Mindfulness and Breathing is also known as Pranayama which is a slow, deep, regular, and rhythmic breathing pattern that relaxes and clears the mind and enhances overall health and happiness. These effects, in turn, relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and anxiety, improves memory and sleep, and strengthens the spine.
