Health Coach

Trained to coach people about their health and capacity, with very DIY, individual and adapted techniques. I follow and support sports people, actors, students, seniors, young mams, and many others. The idea is to help you to get to know yourself better, see how you work, make a little health appraisal, and from there to teach you what to do to keep on that great path of health and well being.
