My name is Nil and I am currently on exchange in Helsinki for four months. I grew up in a small village in the Catalan Pyrenees, where I lived until I was 15. Since then, I have had the opportunity to live and study abroad: I completed high school in Denmark and I am now studying Economics at university in the Netherlands.
Living in three different countries has made me open-minded, adaptable, and very used to meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. I would describe myself as curious, dynamic, and motivated to share my language and culture with others.
I also have previous teaching experience: in my former school I led a Spanish club for two years, where I taught the same group of students and helped them improve their language skills. This experience showed me how rewarding it is to guide others in learning Spanish.
Now, while in Helsinki, I would like to continue teaching Spanish — especially focusing on communication, speaking, and listening — so that learners can gain confidence and use Spanish naturally in real situations.
