I am writing to express my strong interest in the position of Music Teacher. With more than twenty five years of experience in music education, performance, and artistic development, I bring a deep passion for teaching and a holistic approach to music as both a discipline and a form of personal expression.
Throughout my career, I have worked with students of different ages, levels, and cultural backgrounds, supporting them in building strong technical skills while encouraging creativity, confidence, and emotional connection to music. This ongoing interaction with a global audience enriches my teaching, allowing me to share real-world artistic experience with my students and encourage them to develop their own authentic musical voice.
I have also contributed to collaborative artistic projects, including volunteer work composing and creating music for the Geneva theatre production Monolog 2020. This experience strengthened my ability to work in interdisciplinary environments and deepened my understanding of how music supports storytelling, stage performance, and emotional expression.
I consider creativity an essential part of both my professional and personal life. Outside of music, I enjoy painting, which further develops my sense of color, form, and expression—elements that strongly influence my musical interpretation and teaching. I am also passionate about skiing, a sport that reflects values I bring into my work: focus, discipline, perseverance, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions with confidence and calm.
Over the years, I have developed a flexible, student-centered teaching approach, adapting methods to individual learning styles and goals. My experience includes individual and group instruction, performance preparation, and long-term artistic mentoring. I value collaboration with colleagues, clear communication with students and parents, and continuous professional growth.
