Hoi! Ik ben Nuria en ik kom uit Valencia (Spanje). Nice to meet you! I am a friendly native speaker and pharmacist living in the Netherlands. I enjoy teaching the Spanish language to international students and people interested in learning this challenging language. I have also a strong interest in Spanish and Latin American arts & cinema. I would like to help students to learn Spanish in a didactic and enjoyable way!

What do I offer?

Who could join the classes?
- ALL LEVELS: people interested in learning the basics or would like to improve their Spanish skills: beginner, intermediate & advanced. We can have a first session to set up your level and goals.
- Children, teenagers & adults: private lessons & small groups.
- OPTIONAL: dynamic conversation-based classes for advanced speakers.

Location: Eindhoven and surroundings. I can teach in my location or student ́s location. Alternatively, we can meet in a Café or via webcam.

Enthusiastic pharmacist and biomedical researcher, with a strong interest in language learning and tuition. Expérience / Qualifications

• As a Spanish School Project Mentor in Native Scientist (2014) I participated in school sessions at Sara Bonnell School (Stratford, London) with bilingual students (ages 8-15) to promote Spanish language learning through science outreach. I also took part in the workshop: Spanish through Science within the program of Spanish Workshops for teachers in Secondary and Further Education at Vicente Cañada Blanch Spanish Institute (Notting Hill, London), organized by the Education Ministry of the Spanish Embassy in the UK (2014).

• As a B.Sc. and M.Sc. student (2000-2007) I was involved in English language private tuition (children and teenagers). In 2015, I started to give Spanish private lessons in London to adults interested in learning the language and gain an insight into the Spanish culture.

Hola! I am Carmen and I have been living in the Netherlands for 7 years now.

I am a certified (native speaker) Spanish teacher. I have 17 years of international experience in giving lessons of all kinds of levels, especially to university students, for secondary education and for companies.

The most important thing for me is to know what your needs are. Do you want to learn Spanish for your work? ... or maybe because you want to travel to Spain or Latin America? Do you have a good foundation, but do you want to improve your Spanish? Do you want to pass the DELE Spanish exam? I can train you for success and give you many interesting tips!

Whatever your needs, I plan a personalized lesson for you. From the first day we speak Spanish and I will try to make grammar as fun and easy as possible!

Although I work with different materials, I use the book "Las claves del nuevo DELE" as the basis for my lessons. Before each session I will send you the necessary materials and at the end I will send you a series of exercises so that you can practice what you have learned.

I like working via Skype. It is useful for both teachers and students, because you can follow the lesson at home, in the office or at another place at the most appropriate time for you!

Learn Spanish with a true native speaker! I can prepare you for any international Spanish language test. With a foundation of a Masters in Teaching, I have been teaching several languages and intercultural sensitivity to business and individuals since 2007. Spanish was always the main one, because of my origins. I come from Central Mexico, where people speak with the easiest-to-learn accent/speed. I am able to tutor you, follow an already established program or teach you with my own.
