Hello,
I have been a Yoga teacher since 2017, having completed 200 hours of practice at the English school Yoga London (Yoga Alliance certified).
I give Restorative, Yin and Hatha yoga classes and sound yoga sessions (sound therapy).
Restorative yoga is the most relaxing yoga. It is a gentle, introspective yoga that cultivates inner calm.
Unlike most other yogas, there is no muscle strengthening.
We simply remain in still postures in order to relax the mind, breathe and relax deeply.
Yin Yoga is a slow yoga. The practice of this focuses on connective tissues such as ligaments, bones, joints and even cartilage. It requires little or no muscular engagement. Yin yoga consists of long stretches, combinations of slow and deep breathing as well as postures that must be held for several minutes.
Hatha Yoga combines postures much more quickly than Yin and Restorative yoga and it works on strengthening as well as muscular elasticity.
It also helps to balance the two hemispheres of the brain as well as to harmonize the body and mind.

- Improve overall body flexibility.
- Promote better body posture.

Reiki is a holistic approach of Japanese origin belonging to the so-called "energetic" approaches. It consists in awakening in each of us a dynamic process of healing by intervening on the vibratory field of the person.

I give sound therapy sessions (sound baths) of 30 minutes or one hour at my home.
I use crystal bowls (8 quartz bowls on a 432 Hz range, with correspondences for each chakra), a gong and tuning forks.
Thanks to their specific frequencies, the sounds emanating from the instruments resonate with our body to rebalance its internal structures, its energy as well as harmonize body and mind. It is water, the main constituent, which acts as a conductor. The vibrations can thus diffuse through the cells.
Certain waves emanating from the crystal bowls are also perceptible by the brain in a state of relaxation (alpha waves).
Here are the benefits of sound therapy:
- Reduction of stress and anxiety by acting on the central nervous system.
- Dissolving blockages and releasing tensions.
- Improved cognitive abilities: memory, concentration, creativity, language.
- Improved sleep.
