Hi, my name is Peter and I've been a qualified personal trainer for the last 7 years. During these strange and interesting times when the whole world is basically standing still it is even more important to stay active. That's why I have decided to start a daily online workout routine that will be short but effective and will require no equipment. We will be performing cardio based exercises at high intensities for short periods of time with minimal rests in between. So if you feel like you haven't been active enough and can commit 20 minutes of your day then this is the place to be. See you on the other side!
