Hello! My name is Karla. I have gained 11 years of experience in teaching English in a range of schools, and most recently, a proven track record of educational leadership as KS3 Coordinator/ KS4 Coordinator, respectively, from 2022-24. I continue to foster a love of literature and I'm excited to support more students with their studies. I attribute my positive relationships with students and their progress to my ability to design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to individual needs. I employ various assessment strategies to track student progress and provide timely feedback, ensuring continuous improvement. In addition, I have been tutoring online since the pandemic and have developed skills using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive. It is my continued goal to make education accessible to all students.
