I am an accomplished tutor with 12 years experience and a PhD in Linguistics. Teaching English is undoubtedly my vocation. My vast experience enables me to develop students' confidence, improve their spoken English and prepare them for the Cambridge English exams. My university majors were English Linguistics, Pedagogy and Psychology of High School. I am currently pursuing a BA in North American Studies at Free University of Berlin. Studies are extremely interesting and challenging, and I'm pleased to share with students materials from English courses and my knowledge of US history. During my English classes I focus on intensive language practice and speaking fluency. Firstly, we will pay attention to grammatical and lexical gaps, learn to analyze speech and use less "simple" words, that is, we will enlarge the vocabulary with proper synonyms (C1-C2 level). Besides, we will gradually introduce idioms into speech and use complex grammatical constructions. After and during each lesson I write down a lesson protocol in Google Docs, including all the material, texts, and proofreading. It goes without saying, I guarantee a responsible approach, frequency and intensity of lessons.
