Art is a wonderful tool for relaxation, therapy and expressing yourself. My classes are for both beginner and intermediate students, so don't worry if you've never picked up a paint brush before! Beginner classes will look at a broad range of topics - beginning to understand drawing, proportion, tone, collage, ink, mixed media, painting (watercolour, gouache, acrylic), drawing from photos, and drawing from life. Intermediate classes are shaped by you. They're there to help you strengthen your artistic practice and develop the artist that you are. We can work together on choosing a specific area to focus on - drawing from life, portraits, watercolour painting, still life etc. You can bring exisiting artwork that we can improve, school artwork or projects that we can develop and strengthen.
