In this class you'll learn the fundamentals of Molecular and Cell Biology. What are the components of a cell? What is DNA? How proteins are made? The class is adressed to high-school students as well as to anyone interested in learning a bit about the fascinating world of biology.

About me: I'm an italian reseacher with several years teaching experience at the University. I have a Master's degree in Biotechnology and a PhD in Biology.

I got a masters degree in general Biology and in my master thesis I focused on cell biology.
I worked as a tutor in plant and animal physiology as well as in biochemistry.
Generaly we can focus on all biological topics.
Our classes will focus on the topic you want to cover and that is relevant to you.
The more specific your question and topics get, the more important it is for me, that you tell me in advance what you exactly want to study in our lesson, so I can be well prepared. Also it is interesting for me whether you might have your own materials for the lessons or if I should provide them.

I have nearly completed my undergrad studies in molecular biology and would love to share my insights into various topics in regards to molecular biology/general biology/bio chemistry (etc. depending on your interest or class requirements) in an inspired and interactive fashion.

Biology is one of the most important subjects in the science field. It's a core course taught everywhere, but the key to understanding any type of science, including Biology, is applying theoretical knowledge to real-life phenomena. That's what I valued the most as a pupil and student myself, putting my knowledge to practice, and that's exactly what I want to teach my students.
