The guitar is a very versatile instrument to play - both acoustic and electric. I can teach you fingerstlye guitar which is more solo guitar - playing the chords - melody and bassnotes without needing a band or others to play music. If you want to play in a band then one can focus on playing one or more of the various styles - like blues guitar, jazz guitar, fusion guitar. I can teach you to play in the style that you like as you can see in the various catergories I have checked. We will go through learning the different scale patters - (also known as modes) - chord theory, knowing the guitar fretboard, various techniques like legato (using slides, pull-offs, hammer-ons), string bending, picking and fingerstyle exercises and much more. If you want to learn how to read music we can start at the very beginning and build up your reading music skill. I will provide all the needed material for you to read and practice and direct you to other helpful ways you can interact with to progress.
