I studied for 1 year in Prague, coaching, nutrition, physiology, psychology, and many other sports related to sports and it allowed me acquiring a new approach to coaching and sport in general.
I adapt to my client's profile to offer him or her the best training plan based on his/her goal and desired results. Finding an activity that you like is the key to success. Indeed, appreciating the process is essential because lasting physical change is a long-term process.
If you are looking for someone who will make you lose 5 pounds in 1 month, you are on the wrong path. Indeed, lasting results come from a daily lifestyle and not from a few abs exercises before summer.
A typical session will always include a warm-up and a return to calm.
The heart of the session will depend on your objectives: fitness, weight gain, strength gain, weight loss ...
Depending on your objectives, we will do: training circuits, weight training, cardio, flexibility exercises.
