Ik ben Michiel en ik breng 17 jaar ervaring mee als leider, instructeur en coach bij Defensie, waar ik mensen heb begeleid om de beste versie van zichzelf te worden. Mijn tijd bij Defensie heeft mij niet alleen geleerd standvastig te zijn in uitdagende situaties, maar heeft mij ook de fundamenten van leiderschap, communicatie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling bijgebracht.

Na mijn periode bij Defensie heb ik mijn eigen coachingbedrijf opgericht, waarin ik mij volledig richt op het professioneel en persoonlijk laten groeien van mensen. Mijn expertise ligt in leiderschap, mindsettransformatie, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en het trainen van soft skills.
