I enjoy motivating students and strive to make learning a pleasurable experience for each student. I believe that a different approach is desirable for every student, and it is the tutor's responsibility to discover the most effective learning method for each. In my opinion, tutoring should also include an element of study counseling, addressing aspects such as planning and a student's individual learning style.
