I’ve been a personal trainer for a lot of my friends and people my friends have recommended me to. I have a lot of experience with different techniques and ways to approach different body types and personal goals, which is important for the individual improvement.
We will talk about your personal goals and discuss different techniques and plans that suit you best. I will make a training plan and (If you want) make a meal plan for you, again based on your current level of training and preferences. I want to show you that it actually can be fun to train and that it can even affect your mental health positively! I will help you to get the mindset and motivation to make the effort. No hard diets or killer excercises that make you give up after the third day. I can show you how to keep your results sustainable and get a better lifestyle :)

With parent-child yoga, yoga is taught in a child-friendly manner. Of course, the parents also benefit from the asanas (positions), meditations, pranayama (breathing exercises) and mantras.
