Passionnée par le piano depuis petite, diplômée du Master 2 de Musicologie à la Sorbonne, je souhaite faire partager cette richesse pianistique et musicale à ceux qui en ont le désir, débutants comme niveaux moyens, adultes comme enfants.

Je donne des cours de piano depuis dix ans, ayant régulièrement des élèves de niveaux hétérogènes, enfants et adultes. J'aime le contact humain et la bonne entente musicale, primordiaux pour un art tel que celui-ci. Bien que je guide l'élève vers diverses partitions, je m'assure toujours que l’œuvre en question lui plaise également.

L'heure de piano consiste à avoir une meilleure connaissance du clavier souvent délaissée au profil du support visuel, à approfondir la partition et le chemin des mouvements au clavier, à faire du solfège et du rythme si besoin, à faire de la technique proprement dite et de l'harmonie, notion indispensable à tout musicien.

Envie de reprendre les bases solfégiques afin de lire en temps réel une partition ? Les exercices que je propose vous aideront progressivement à lutter puis à vaincre cette bête noire qu’est la lecture de notes.

Envie de mieux assimiler un morceau sans l’aide de la partition et à l’abri du trou noir tant redouté par les musiciens ? La méthode enseignée vous permettra de développer une mémoire active et réfléchie où la prise de conscience domine sur la mémoire passive. J'ai décidé de m'installer en Italie, le berceau du chant et me suis diplômé d'un Master au Conservatoire de Florence. J'ai ensuite décroché des contrats de solistes dans différents opéras en Europe, en Italie au Teatro Verdi (Florence), Teatro Pavarotti (Modena), à l'Auditorium Alfredo Kraus et l'opéra de Séville (Espagne), à l'opéra national de Sofia (Bulgarie) etc ...

En parallèle, je me destine à la mise en scène, j'ai travaillé notamment à l'Opéra Nationale de Paris et à l'Opéra de Madrid.

J'ai eu le plaisir d'accompagner mes élèves pour la préparation de leurs auditions pour la Maîtrise de l'Opéra comique, le conservatoire national de Lyon, L'opéra de Berlin etc... Ils ont réussi avec succès !

In 2013, Daniel moved to Montreal to study piano at the Schulich School of Music. Over the next six years, he was very active as an accompanist and music director for several musical theatre productions, a jazz pianist for many bands in the city, a composer and leader of his contemporary jazz trio, which won 3rd place at the 2017 Conad International Jazz Competition, and the co-founder and music director of an independent contemporary opera company. As a ballet pianist, Daniel trained at the École Supérieure de Ballet du Québec and has since worked with Pacific Northwest Ballet, Northern Ballet, and the Australian Ballet. Since returning to Seattle in 2020, he has worked with The 5th Avenue Theatre, one of the most prestigious musical theatres in the United States, as a pianist, music director and vocal coach. Recently relocated to Paris, he currently holds a position as pianist at the Paris Opera Ballet.
