Sortant d'une licence de coréen, je suis en 3ème année de licence de Lettres et Sciences Humaines spécialité Edition.

L'année dernière, j'ai déjà eu l'occasion de faire de l'aide aux devoirs avec un élève de 4ème mais aussi de travailler dans un collège pour aider les élèves dans leurs devoirs pendant 6 mois. Ravie de ces expériences mais surtout de la praticité du travail face à mes études, j'aimerai continuer cette expérience cette année avec d'autres élèves.

Je cherche un élève qui est motivé et qui ne rechigne pas à l'idée de faire un cours avec moi. Je cherche un élève qui montre sa volonté et qui participe pendant les sessions. Je propose une série de cours que j'adapte en fonction de l'apprenant et de la langue qu'il souhaite apprendre. Chaque langue étant différente, les méthodes d'apprentissage peuvent donc varier.
Lorsque vous réservez un cours, vous devez réserver 1h30 au minimum et 2h au maximum par cours à l'exception du premier cours où là, vous pouvez réserver 1 heure.

After self-studying Korean for 5 years, I continued my studies at Seoul National University. Currently I am working as a music teacher while living in Korea. Also I received Topik level 6 score so I can help you prepare for the exam if necessary! Toen ik Koreaans leerde aan Nederlanders in Nederland, heb ik veel moeite gedaan om lessen te geven die zowel comfortabel als gepast uitdagend zijn voor Nederlandse studenten. Mijn lessen zijn gemakkelijk, maar je moet opletten; je leert relatief snel, maar je moet veel inspanning leveren om veel verschillende aspecten van de taal te bestuderen.

Een van mijn grootste sterke punten is dat ik ervoor zorg dat studenten Koreaans leren zonder stress. De leraar steunt altijd de student, en de student kan zonder schaamte vragen stellen over dingen die hij of zij niet begrijpt. Het creëren van een comfortabele leeromgeving heeft een grote invloed op de leerresultaten, en dat is mijn filosofie.

Just like teaching a native language to a child, our lessons will be fun and playful, and slow. So, let go of the idea that 'studying means sitting at a desk and memorizing words and grammar.' We will progress together and create our own materials.

- For Basic level:

we will use children's storybooks and short videos (the ones I actually watched and grew up with) as learning tools. Up to the beginner level, we will concentrate on listening and speaking rather than writing. We all learn by listening and speaking when we are babies.

- For intermediate level:
we will use short novels and movies. From intermediate level onwards, we will practice listening and writing down what we hear, along with expressing our thoughts in a diary.

Additionally, I have attended language programs at Ewha Womans University and Sogang University (all located in Seoul, South Korea), which exposed me to various teaching styles.

Tijdens mijn studie richt ik mij vooral op uitspraak en conversatie. Tijdens mijn verblijf in Korea merkte ik echter een groot verschil op tussen "lesboek-Koreaans" en het Koreaans dat mensen in het dagelijks leven spreken. In mijn lessen probeer ik dit verschil dan ook zo klein mogelijk te houden en ervoor te zorgen dat het zo natuurlijk mogelijk klinkt door te focussen op conversaties en moderne woordenschat. Course Presentation:

1) Conversation-focused lessons:
The main reason for learning a foreign language is usually to communicate. Even students who had no prior knowledge of Korean can now converse exclusively in Korean with me. We practice forming natural sentences, slowly and at each student’s own pace.

2) Homework and assessments:
Without homework or tests, it is very difficult to make progress in a language. I assign homework tailored to each student’s level and pace, and give a small vocabulary quiz at the end of each chapter. (During very busy periods, the amount of homework is adjusted, so don’t worry!)

3) Culture:
Language is closely connected to culture. In my lessons, we cover various topics related to Korean society, culture, history, economy, and politics.

I am fluent in Korean (TOPIK 6) and have a deep passion for the language. I began studying Korean on my own before continuing my studies at the Korean Cultural Center in Brussels and Leiden University (the Netherlands), where I pursued Korean Studies. I then completed a Master's in Korean Translation at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. Additionally, I have attended language programs at Ewha Womans University and Sogang University (all located in Seoul, South Korea), which exposed me to various teaching styles.

Having lived in Seoul for a long time, I am not only familiar with the language but also with the culture, people, and the experience of living in Korea as a foreigner.

I have also worked as a translator in Korean-Dutch and Korean-English. Driven by my passion for the language, I am dedicated to helping others learn Korean. My lessons are customized to suit each individual's needs, ensuring a personalized learning experience.

Hallo! 안녕세요! Ik ben Aki en studeer binnenkort af met de bachelor studie "Koreastudies" aan de Universiteit van Leiden, waarvan ik een deel heb doorgebracht in Sogang University in Zuid-Korea. Tijdens mijn studie richt ik mij vooral op uitspraak en conversatie. Tijdens mijn verblijf in Korea merkte ik echter een groot verschil op tussen "lesboek-Koreaans" en het Koreaans dat mensen in het dagelijks leven spreken. In mijn lessen probeer ik dit verschil dan ook zo klein mogelijk te houden en ervoor te zorgen dat het zo natuurlijk mogelijk klinkt door te focussen op conversaties en moderne woordenschat. Daarbij werken we met grammatica, vocabulaire en conversaties rondom een overkoepelend thema.
Hoewel ik een basispakket heb voor beginners, vind ik het erg belangrijk om naar de doelen van de student te kijken. Mocht je specifieke doelen of suggesties hebben zoals het begrijpen van K-pop liedjes, K-drama's of het behalen van Topik level 1-2, ... dan stel ik met plezier een persoonlijk pakket samen met bijpassende thema's die we samen behandelen.
Ben je een volledige beginner? Maak je geen zorgen! Elk niveau is welkom! Stap voor stap leer je het lezen en schrijven van het alfabet door middel van handige, geheime tips die ik en andere stiekem ook gebruikte :).

Course Presentation:

1) Conversation-focused lessons:
The main reason for learning a foreign language is usually to communicate. Even students who had no prior knowledge of Korean can now converse exclusively in Korean with me. We practice forming natural sentences, slowly and at each student’s own pace.

2) Homework and assessments:
Without homework or tests, it is very difficult to make progress in a language. I assign homework tailored to each student’s level and pace, and give a small vocabulary quiz at the end of each chapter. (During very busy periods, the amount of homework is adjusted, so don’t worry!)

3) Culture:
Language is closely connected to culture. In my lessons, we cover various topics related to Korean society, culture, history, economy, and politics.
