I finished the education of wholistic health coaching at the swiss "Akademie der Naturheilkunde".
I am looking forward to helping you to figure out what you can do to become more energetic and healthy.
Among other things I can help you to figure out how to improve your nutrition and balance your acid-alcaline equilibrium or cleanse your intestines.
I am also happy to share my favorite recipes with you :)

My objective is to encourage you to get exited and curious, so that learning becomes fun instead of a "to-do". What are you interested in? I can provide tailor-made classes for any level and will adjust the classes to your personal interests, needs and goals.
I learned English and French "the hard way" in school and if it wasn`t for me travelling a lot and improving my English, I would probably have forgotten a lot, just like it happened with French. But later I learned SPanish and Italian a different way -a bit like small children do: by listening and speaking in a pleasant environment. And I my goal is to provide you this environment and the right stimuli, so that you can learn German without pressure and negative feelings, but instead with joy and having fun.
German is my mothertongue, but I lived in several different places of the world and so I am also fluent in english and spanish and have a moderate level of italian.
As a background i have a PhD in Mountain Environment, an MSc. in Bionics/biomimetics and a BSc. In mechanical engineering and i did a course to become a wholistic health coach.

Languages are the door to different cultures and perspectives.
I enjoyed this aspect myself a lot and am enthusiastic to share my knowledge with you.
The most important aspect in teaching for me is to make you curious and enthusiastic about learning german. If you have positive feelings associated with the language, learning becomes a pleasure rather than a task!
Thus I will adapt the content to your personal interests, goals and current level.
I have experience teaching german in Bolzano at the "learning center" and in private classes.
We can arrange a talk previously to understand your interests, preferences and goals :)

Or you just switch to English or other languages, because it feels just too difficult too explain yourself in German?
I feel you, I have been there too, when learning Spanish and Italian and I can help you overcome this obstacle!
Many reach this point where one gets frustrated, because it seems that you don't really progress any more in learning a new language, you feel just stuck...
But there is a way to get out of it: you need to overcome your hesitation and start talking... a lot.
I will provide you a safe environment, where you can easily start to apply your knowledge and gain confidence in having conversations.
Believe me it makes such a difference :)
Of course I can correct you and help you with a bit of grammar, pronunciation, etc. here and there, but this class is really about you practising to talk and becoming confident.
Feel free to contact me in English, Spanish or Italian (even French, although there my knowledge is quite basic ;) or of course in German if you want.
