I am a seventeen year old from Leicester. I am very outgoing and love helping others however I can. I am currently doing a teaching assistant level 3 apprenticeship as I love helping others with their learning. I want to expand my knowledge and help share that knowledge with others. I am very friendly and patient so will spend as much time working with my students to ensure they are satisfied with what they have learnt and that they can achieve amazing things.

Hi, I am Youness, a 7th year medical student at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy in Morocco. I offer medical courses for 1st and 2nd cycle medical students remotely and at home. body, mind and spirit through the practice of asanas, breathing and

During a yoga session, which usually lasts between an hour and an hour and a half,
different asanas or postures harmonized with breathing are practiced,
beneficial for both the body and the mind. The asanas have different
degrees of difficulty, from the simplest for beginners to the most
extremes practiced by advanced students.

Mediterranean countries have great culture. And people there living a happy long life because of the healthy weather, lifestyle and the delicious mediterranean food!!

Let's know about beautiful the mediterranean diet, what to eat and how to cook delicious typical food using simple and healthy ingredients.
