By you learning your favourite songs at your own pace and with passion you will find yourself on the road to becoming a good guitarist.
I like to teach motivated people who have time to develop musically. I expect commitment and with this and my coaching you will get to your goal much quicker. Remember, my goal is your objective.
I am a patient person with a love and passion for music and the guitar both acoustic and electric, and I love sharing this passion with my students, and seeing them evolve into the guitarists they want to be.

Since I was very young and living in Scotland, my passion has always been music.
Once, in France as a teenager, I saw one of the best guitarists I had ever seen in my life, and I promised myself that one day I would play the guitar just as well as he did.With patience and passion and commitment I got there. Now I can help you.
I have my own studio and I have worked with some well-known people. My baby is my Fender strat, as well as my 12 string.
I can help you improve your songs, play the electric or acoustic guitar and also if in studio, record what you are playing...with the possibility of finally having your own CD.
I enjoy playing in the music scene and I am keen on all kinds of music, I can help you with learning chords on guitar or working on improvisation, and finding your musical taste.
I love meeting new people, understanding cultures and learning from different cultural musical backgrounds, this gives my teaching a varied musical taste.

I have done and continue to do a lot of gigs, and a lot of studio work whilst also writing my own songs. This is something which only experience can teach. .
My greatest qualification is the experience I have had teaching students for the last 20 years.

In Oud, we will focus on:

Musical Maqams: Deepen your understanding of Arabic Maqams and how to apply them to playing. Musical Notes: Learn to read and perform notes on the oud with skill. Pick Exercises: Improve playing techniques using a pick to develop movement between the strings. Technique Exercises: Build playing skills through various exercises to improve speed and accuracy.
