Queridos amantes del violín! Soy profesora de violín desde hace 10 años, he enseñado en Portugal y Holanda. Mis lecciones se pueden dar en inglés, portugués, francés o español.

Tocar el violín es mi pasión, especialmente cuando puedo transmitir mis conocimientos y amor por la música a mis alumnos de todas las edades y niveles.

Trabajo en equipo contigo, encontrando el método adecuado que se ajuste a tus necesidades. Lo importante para mí es trabajar en una buena conexión con el instrumento y encontrar la base adecuada para empezar a tocar el violín.
En mis clases de violín también me gustaría compartir contigo mis conocimientos musicales, mostrarte grabaciones de grandes violinistas, preparar contigo piezas que siempre quisiste tocar y darte las herramientas para que puedas alcanzar tus objetivos en la música. Me gusta compartir los conocimientos generales de tocar violín así como lecciones de solfeo básico e intermedio para que puedas adentrarte en el mundo de la música, pero sobre todo divertirte!!

Mis lecciones se pueden compartir entre violín y teoría juntas dependiendo de lo que busques.

Hice mi licenciatura en el Conservatorium van Amsterdam con los profesores Maria Milstein y Eliot Lawson y completé mi Maestría en Interpretación con excelencia también en Amsterdam bajo la dirección de Liviu Prunaru y Mathieu van Bellen mientras estudiaba violín barroco con Shunske Sato.

My name is Lucas and I am 22 years old. I currently have a grade 8 in violin with the ABRSM curriculum, and have been playing the violin for over 15 years. While learning the violin, I have always been taught in a private manner, with a teacher just to myself so I would know exactly what kind of atmosphere you would need to learn quickly.
The lessons I would provide are for any level of students, from a person that is just beginning or is maybe just interested in playing the violin to a bit more experienced players that are looking to improve their skills.
I will make sure that you always have some work to do between lessons so that you can also improve your skills on your own and show me what you have learnt or practiced in between our lessons.

Les premiers cours consisteront généralement à aborder les bases en apprenant des chansons simples. En fonction de l'évolution des choses, nous passerons directement à l'apprentissage des chansons que vous souhaitez jouer, où vous en apprendrez encore plus !
Je peux vous apprendre à jouer sur plusieurs rendez-vous au cours de la semaine afin que vous appreniez plus vite et que vous jouiez directement depuis le début :)

J’ai 21 ans et je suis actuellement étudiante en flûte traversière au Conservatorium van Amsterdam. J’ai terminé mes études dans des conservatoires en France et obtenu une licence de musique et musicologie à la Sorbonne (Paris IV).
Je propose des cours personnalisés répondant aux envies et ambitions de chacun, du simple débutant au musicien confirmé.
Pour les cours de flûte, je propose des exercices pour le son, la technique, des morceaux adaptés. Pendant les cours de solfège, je peux donner des astuces pour apprendre à lire les clés, les rythmes, proposer des dictées. Etudier la théorie permet d’apprendre à reconnaître des accords, à chiffrer une partition, à analyser la structure d’une pièce, à reconnaître le style à partir d’éléments musicaux.
Il est possible de combiner plusieurs cours, par exemple une demi-heure de flûte puis un quart d'heure de solfège.

Hello! My name is Aurel and I am a French Amsterdam-based drummer.

Although currently specialized in Jazz music, I have studied various esthetics, and Pop and Rock music, in particular, are part of my background (I played in several pop-rock bands). Therefore I am able to teach a broad panel of music styles. I also have many drum methods and charts at my disposal, and have experience in teaching children from the age of 6, as well as teenagers and adults.

Lessons and teaching method:
I always adapt to the student's tastes and learning profiles. This is why, during the first lesson, and on a regular basis afterwards, I always take time to discuss with my students (or their parents if they are very young) to figure out together the path they want or need to follow. I will use charts and methods for those who need visual support to assimilate the skills or teach by ear and by demonstrating to the ones who feel more comfortable this way. I also play electric guitar and can jam with my students, which is a great tool for developing band playing skills or simply to have a good time.

For those eager to make significant progress, I offer consistent and serious monitoring, with practice recommendations. I can for instance prepare a student for an audition or an entrance exam in a conservatory. If you are willing to improve your understanding of rhythm in general, you can also benefit from my knowledge of Indian Karnatic rhythm concepts, one of the most complete traditional approaches to rhythm.
Students who simply want to learn at their pace, to have fun and unwind, are definitely welcome too!

About me:
In addition to my jazz drums bachelor and master degrees from the conservatory of Amsterdam (CvA), which included a thorough pedagogical training and a specialization in Indian Karnatic techniques, I benefit from 4 years of experience as an employed drum teacher in two French associative music schools (Ecole de musique de Nangis and Conservatoire des Deux Rives, Moret-sur-Loing).

I am also an active musician, both on the Dutch and the French scene. My trio mainly tours in France and has played at venues such as the Sunside (Paris), or participated in competitions like the Keep An Eye International Jazz Award. I am also the co-leader of the sextet Chai Masters, finalist of several European competitions (Leiden Jazz Award, Golden Jazz Trophy in Lille, France, 7 Virtual Jazz Contest). Recently, the band was part of Keep An Eye The Records's finalists (March 2022). Its first album "Magic Realism" received critical acclaim in France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.

Je m'appelle Mathilde, je suis violoniste, pianiste, claveciniste, productrice et compositrice française.
Je suis diplômé de grandes institutions mondiales telles que le Royal College of Music de Londres, la Manhattan School of Music de New-York, le Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles et l'Université Paris-Sorbonne (en musicologie).
J'ai donné des concerts à travers le monde dans les salles de concert les plus prestigieuses, dont le Théâtre du Châtelet et la Seine Musicale (Paris), l'Opéra National (Oman) et La Scala (Milan), ainsi que de nombreuses autres salles en Europe, aux États-Unis, Chine, Moyen-Orient. Pendant cette période, j'ai joué à l'Académie d'Orchestre de La Scala à Milan pendant 2 ans, et je joue actuellement au Metropole Orkest à Amsterdam.

Grâce aux expériences que j'ai acquises au fil des années - notamment l'expérience d'enseignement au Conservatoire de Cambrai (France) - je suis devenu un expert dans l'enseignement du violon et des claviers ainsi que du solfège, y compris l'écriture et la lecture de partitions. J'ai enseigné à différentes tranches d'âge et à différents niveaux de formation technique (débutant ou avancé). Je peux facilement m'adapter au niveau de chaque élève pour créer une synchronicité et l'aider à poursuivre ses objectifs et ses souhaits. Je suis là pour les aider en tant que professeur et coach musical pour leur carrière musicale. Je peux combiner différentes pratiques et enseigner des techniques de base dans un répertoire qui correspond à la personnalité de l'élève (du classique au contemporain, en passant par la pop, le rock et plus encore). Sur la base de mes expériences d'enseignement, je peux me considérer comme un enseignant patient, doté d'un style motivant et d'un esprit ouvert. Heureux de fournir des références de mes anciens étudiants d'Amsterdam / Paris / Milan sur demande.

En plus de mes compétences pédagogiques techniques, je m'implique également activement dans divers projets musicaux. J'ai récemment joué pour de grandes émissions de télévision à Paris : Le Grand Échiquier (France 2), Variations (France Télévisions, Culturbox), et je réalise actuellement mon premier album classique/électronique à Amsterdam.

Clases privadas para principiantes hasta nivel avanzado de violín. Todas las edades son bienvenidas. Soy profesora y violinista con formación profesional desde hace casi dos décadas. Mis lecciones se dan en inglés, español y holandés (básico).

Mi método de enseñanza varía en función de las necesidades de los alumnos, pero el objetivo es compartido: hacer del alumno un gran músico y un violinista cualificado. Trabajo tanto en aspectos técnicos como musicales desde una perspectiva (muy) conscientemente preparada, sana y agradable. ¡Especial énfasis en divertirse con los más pequeños!

Presto especial atención a crear una educación y una experiencia personalizadas para cada uno de mis estudiantes. También doy algunas herramientas adicionales aplicables a la interpretación del violín que incluyen: Introducción al Yoga, Feldenkrais, Técnica Alexander y Cuerpo y Mente. También se enseña toda la teoría básica.

De vez en cuando, hay conciertos de estudiantes y colaboraciones con otros profesores. (Estos pueden incluir algunos profesores de la Sweelinck Academy o el Conservatorium van Amsterdam, y más).

My name is Matteo, I'm a professional bassist from Brussels, currently based in Amsterdam.
I perform and have performed with renowned musicians and bands from many different scenes and styles, bringing me to venues all over the world (USA, UK, Germany, Denmark, France, Romania, Portugal, Spain...).
I have a deep passion for music ever since I started playing 16 years ago, and would like to share it with you!
Bass is the best! And I want to help you uncover it's full potential.
I believe the best way to learn music is to study what you love, and always work from a place of curiosity and passion.
Therefore, we will always look together for ways of making the process the most enjoyable and tackle different topics through the music YOU love. The classes are tailored to each individual student: we find the best workflow for you, and adapt the lessons. If you need structure and a clear program, I can provide that; but if you prefer to keep it loose and see as we go, it's all good. All that matters is your continued motivation and progress.

I have been teaching privately for the past 6 years, with very happy students. I can also teach online if it's better, I also have regular online students with whom we are making great progress.

"As one of the most popular and accessible instruments in today's musical landscape, the guitar spans a wide range of genres and its incredible sonic possibilities have made it a key instrument over the past 60 years. ." Eh?! What?!! Let's stop the blabla... Guitar is killing! Everyone loves it (that's probably why you're here) and I'm guessing you're like "How can I learn some of this crazy guitar stuff without selling one of my kidneys to some creepy guy on Youtube".

Well... I'm not offering you the rock 'n' roll lifestyle, sprinkled with angel dust and full of groupies languidly waiting for you backstage, but I can at least offer you an organized guitar lesson based on a comprehensive approach to the instrument, targeted to your musical aspirations... In other words: what YOU like! I sincerely believe that the most effective way to learn music is to delve into what you love and explore it with passion and dedication. We will always start from the songs you like, step by step, following your workflow. My goal is simply to give you the best tips and tricks so that you can enjoy playing the songs you love or, if you wish, organize your guitar practice in the most efficient way.

MOST IMPORTANT: I love to jam so be prepare to play some music :-).

Together we will tackle various topics, we can also focus on:

Cursusinhoud

• Ademhalingsoefeningen (om te leren hoe je je ademhaling kunt beheersen en een goede stemondersteuning kunt gebruiken)
• Ooroefeningen (om de toonhoogtenauwkeurigheid en intonatie te verbeteren)
• Stem- en zangoefeningen (aangepast aan het niveau van de student) om op te warmen en een betere stemtechniek te ontwikkelen
• Repertoirewerk over aria’s, liederen of andere muziekstukken (klassiek of popmuziek, afhankelijk van de wensen van de student) waarin de student verder wil komen
• (als bonus, indien nodig) ondersteuning of introductie in de muziektheorie

Het muzikale doel en het beoogde niveau worden (onder mijn begeleiding) aan het begin van de lessen individueel bepaald, afhankelijk van de wensen van de individuele leerling. Puede que hayas tocado el violín hace muchos años y estés intentando volver a hacerlo pero no sabes cómo, puede que acabes de empezar y estés buscando un profesor que pueda guiarte en tus primeros pasos, puede que estés buscando para entrenamiento regular para un sentido de musicalidad ya desarrollado: mis clases se adaptan a todo lo anterior y más.
La mayoría de mis alumnos ya son estudiantes de nivel intermedio que se dedican a convertirse en los jóvenes violinistas del futuro, pero eso no significa que mi clase no sea para ti si simplemente buscas un pasatiempo. ¡La música se trata de divertirse juntos!
