Soy Graduada en Pedagogía y Profesora de Enseñanza Primaria. Trabajo como docente desde hace más de 30 años, de los cuales, los últimos 17 me he dedicado a la enseñanza de idiomas a todos los niveles, presenciales y online, en clases grupales e individuales. Soy nativa en el idioma español y bilingüe en inglés. Mis clases son activas, divertidas y enfocadas a las necesidades de los estudiantes, sus objetivos y metas. Un idioma es un medio para comunicarse con los demás, por lo tanto, lograr que el estudiante pueda hacerlo desde el principio, desde su nivel, e ir mejorando para lograr una comunicación plena son los objetivos de mis clases. Escuchar, hablar, conversar, leer son los fundamentos de mi método, el mismo en el que hemos aprendido nuestra lengua nativa. La gramática es una herramienta que suplementa ese aprendizaje, pero en un paso posterior.

Nací y crecí en la Argentina, viví y terminé mis estudios secundarios en USA. Ahora, hace 19 años que vivo en España. Esas vivencias multiculturales me permiten ser una persona abierta y empática. Después de más de 30 años de dedicarme a la docencia en colegios primarios; institutos secundarios; academias; clases privadas, individuales y grupales, presenciales y online; mi objetivo sigue siendo enfocarme en las potencialidades y necesidades de cada estudiante, en sus maneras de aprender y sus objetivos. We watch or read materials, such as videos, articles, stories, poems, caricatures, then discuss them; we act out situations from everyday life; we take positions and practice debates. Here is the pathway we will follow in our lessons!
We will start our lessons by learning the most basic skills such as correct pronunciation and simple grammar rules.
We will continue to improve our speaking, listening and grammar levels by learning new informations step by step.
Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
