El curso de Elaboración de un Plan Estratégico está diseñado para dotar a los participantes de los conocimientos, herramientas y metodologías necesarias para formular, implementar y evaluar un plan estratégico adaptado a las necesidades de su organización.

Objetivo General

Capacitar a los participantes en el diseño de un plan estratégico que permita orientar la toma de decisiones, definir prioridades y garantizar el crecimiento sostenible de la empresa o institución.

Objetivos Específicos
1. Comprender los fundamentos del pensamiento estratégico.
2. Analizar el entorno interno y externo a través de herramientas de diagnóstico (DAFO, PESTEL, 5 Fuerzas de Porter, entre otras).
3. Definir misión, visión y valores corporativos como pilares de la estrategia.
4. Establecer objetivos estratégicos claros, medibles y alcanzables.
5. Diseñar planes de acción e indicadores de desempeño (KPIs).
6. Implementar mecanismos de seguimiento, control y evaluación.

Metodología
• Exposición teórica: Presentación de conceptos clave y marcos de referencia.
• Estudio de casos prácticos: Análisis de empresas reales para aplicar la metodología.
• Ejercicios interactivos: Talleres grupales para simular la construcción de un plan estratégico.
• Trabajo final: Elaboración de un borrador de plan estratégico aplicable al ámbito del participante.

El ajedrez es un juego divertido que comienza con las reglas básicas y avanza a través de las 3 partes del juego: la apertura, el medio juego y el final.

Al principio, el objetivo es enseñarte cómo se mueven las piezas, cuál es el objetivo de la apertura y cómo interactúan las piezas. También aprenderás el vocabulario relacionado con el ajedrez y la notación ajedrecística.

Luego se exploran tácticas para aprovechar las piezas colgantes, la falta de seguridad del rey, el espacio y el ritmo. A partir de aquí, dependiendo de cuáles sean tus objetivos personales, adaptaremos las clases para cubrir aquello que te ayudará a progresar.

También puedo dar clases grupales, contáctame si tienes un grupo, podemos discutir cómo organizar mejor esas clases y los precios.

Mit 5 Jahren wurde ich zuerst an das Schachspiel herangeführt. Mit 17 trat ich dem Düsseldorfer Schachklub bei und mit 18 habe ich eine Grundschul-Schach AG geleitet.
Ich habe ein Chess.com online Rapid Rating von ca. 1650 und gehöre damit zu den Top 2% der Schnellschachspieler auf Chess.com.
Ich nutze einen großen Teil meiner Freizeit um mich im Schach zu verbessern, indem ich Bücher durcharbeite, Aufgaben löse, Partien spiele und ausgiebig analysiere und mich mit anderen Spielern austausche.
