I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, greatly focusing on the body-mind connection, using the breath as a guide throughout any movement or sequence. My classes are invigorating while inclusive and adapted to any level of practice. Before your first class, we will chat about what you are looking for in yoga, and I will adapt to your needs accordingly. With sustained and conscious practice, you will be able to reconnect to your body, build strength and stamina, improve your posture, flexibility, concentration and breath capacity, but also relieve or prevent chronic pain such as back problems or joint issues. My aim is also for you to have a glimpse about what yoga is off the mat, if you are interested in knowing more about yogic philosophy.
