In my classes I take the following points: Recognize the level you are at. Know your goals. Adapt the material to the level and/or objectives set. Work on it in class and with well-planned tasks. Enjoy the process :) Progress! The classes are aimed at students/lovers of music in general and of the transverse flute or piccolo. I have worked since with children who have begun to put the mouthpiece in their mouths as well as with people preparing tests for the conservatory.
