It seems a long time ago that we committed to making 2024 a year of learning and self improvement. Have all of these good resolutions, like playing sports, taking up the guitar or committing to learning a language, been forgotten like last year ? Rest assured, if this is the case, you are not alone.

Sometimes due to a lack of determination, time and motivation, often due to a lack of supervision and support, our New Year’s resolutions, despite all the good will, struggle to come to fruition.
