Do you want to learn the basics of drawing? Or are you already past that level? Do you want to draw on paper (with pencils) or on a screen? Do you want to learn the basics of 2D animation? All for a very reasonable price? We can do it! Nice to meet you, I'm Daniel. I'm a (private) art teacher, I'm also a freelance artist and have been working as one for about 7 years. I'm looking for students in Utrecht, I have a teaching space available in my apartment (I can share my address when you contact me), but am also able to travel to your desired space within the city. I can also teach via webcam, but I do recommend my in-person classes, seeing as they're more immersive and educational. I unfortunately do not speak Dutch (yet), but am confident we can overcome any potential language barrier we come across. I have the most experience in teaching teenagers and preteens, so I think we would definitely be a good match if you're a parent or guardian looking for a teacher for your child. My name is André. I'm a pastel artist and I specialize in realistic pastel painting. My favourite subject to paint is portraiture but I love all kinds of subjects, from wildlife, landscapes to still-life. I'm based in Apeldoorn, Netherlands and I'm currently accepting new students. My lessons can either be in person at my studio or online via Zoom meetings. You are free to choose what you want to learn, any specific subject or any pastel technique can be taught in isolation and you can also take a complete lessons program from beginner to advanced level. Every student is at a specific stage on their artistic progression so I analyze their current level and develop a plan to help them improve in the fastest way possible. Classes are only in English. Artistic experimentation is an integral part of exploring oneself and the surrounding environment. This programme has been carefully curated alongside young artists over the course of six years and integrates different forms of visual expression such as : sculpture, installation, performance, drawing, painting and many more. We explore unexpected parallels in art history and visual techniques, building up a wide range of artistic references and technical knowledge in a playful environment in order to explore the sensitivity of our own bodies, thoughts and the world around us. Although the programme is compiled both with genre, technique and art history in mind, there is always space for adaptation according to the preferences and visual tastes of the student.

I will offer a basic a guide on how painting and drawing works, from basic technique such as perspective, anatomy, color theory to how to see and criticize a picture. and also if you want to apply for art school, I can help you to prepare for the portfolio.

These drawing lessons start from a perspective based on practice and specific exercises, according to the student's particular interests. We will work on the human figure, and the head, the expression in portrait drawing, drawing basic shapes and their relationship with texture and volume. I aim to share my experience as a freelance artist and support beginner artists or those with some experience, who wish to continue developing their drawing skills.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

The TECHNICAL DRAWING takes you by surprise because: - You have to appear for the EBAU this year or next year and you don't see it clearly... - You are doing or plan to do a higher education cycle or a design degree and you do not distinguish between square and bevel... - Although you understand the YouTube tutorials or the solved exercises, when you are going to do them you don't know where to start... I work as a 3D generalist for cinema and/or video games, with a specialization in 3D Layout/Préviz. During our courses, I will teach you the techniques to create your own illustrations/projects, and allow you to discover if not improve your skills in the world of 3D. As examples, we will learn how to use software such as Blender, 3dsMAx, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance Painter, and many others. I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

In my case, drawing was something that I developed as an adult. Until I was 26 I only drew a little house and a tree. I invite you to dare to cross your own threshold.
