Hi, my name is Michael I don't like to write about myself in the third person, that's why I just tell you who I am and what I do. If you want to search for prices directly, just scroll down. I've been a professional musician since August 2000 and have played thousands of gigs in different countries and with different bands. Sometimes they were well-known bands or artists, but most of the gigs at the beginning of my career were in pubs or at parties, town festivals and the like. Later it gradually became larger and more professional events. Although I still like to play in pubs today! In 2005 I started playing with the legendary Joe Schwarz Orchestra on the Wasen. In the Schwabenbräu tent at the Laubwirt. There I mainly learned to read notes and also learned how to play 12 hours a day for 17 days. It was an educational time! From this band a seven-man band emerged, with which I still play a lot. We played in the circus, on the cruise ship, at an endless number of galas across Germany, at the DTM and of course at weddings and private parties. The rhythm section of this band, bass, drums and I became another band at the same time, The Strobez. In 2006 I moved to Amsterdam, and it was there and in Rotterdam, at the legendary Paddy Murphy's, that The Strobez started playing an endless series of club gigs. In Holland, Germany, France, Belgium, England, Denmark and Switzerland. In 2006 my debut album was also released, followed by our second album in 2017. In the meantime I got to know the Freiburg drummer Schröder and his tremendously creative environment through Dodokay's band “Welcome to The Pleasuredome”. I consider myself lucky to be able to get involved there sometimes. I've been living in my hometown Metzingen again since 2018 and I think that's great. You see, I could write a book. But I don't. Instead, I decided to pass on my knowledge and experiences to my students. If you are a beginner we will learn the basics first, but focus on making music as quickly as possible. When you are more advanced, we will find out where you can improve, and then I'll show you how to do it. We look at what kind of music you want to make and how you can create the sound you want. You don't have to be able to read notes. I couldn't do that either until I was 25. But I have to say that it is by far the best system for recording music in writing. Incidentally, the "you" is an occupational disease. I can also gladly sift you.
