My name is Megan, I am a mindfulness teacher for children, adolescents, and adults, in the Eline Snel method. The goal is to be present with our bodies, thoughts, needs and emotions and to learn how we can cope effectively with stress. We can also work on specific desired goals. By proposing mindfulness sessions through Skype I hope to be able to reach out to as many people as possible, and to support people who might find these times particularly stressful. I have many years of experience teaching mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques to children and adults in the humanitarian field. I am very patient and will adapt to the needs and expectations of each person. Previous knowledge of the practice is not necessary, this is just about taking some time for yourself.
