Chers parents, chers enfants. Je me présente, Loane , actuellement étudiante en troisième année de licence de droit à la faculté de Nanterre. Passionnée par mes études, je souhaite par la suite intégrer un master en droit notarial. Ayant toujours aimé aller à l'école, et ayant toujours été sérieuse et assidue, j'ai tout de même rencontré des difficultés dans certaines matières tout au long de mon parcours. Maintenant que j'ai du recul, j'aime pouvoir aider ceux qui sont dans le même cas que celui dans lequel j'ai été. Je serais ravie de pouvoir partager mes connaissances, et vous aider au mieux pour vous pousser à la réussite! Je suis patiente et prends le temps d'expliquer chaque point qui a pu ne pas être compris. Je propose des cours de français (jusqu'au niveau bac), des cours de maths (niveau collège), et des cours de droit (L1,L2). As a Bachelor's student, engaging with the law as a discipline for the first time, or a specific area of the law can be very challenging and often a seemingly insurmountable hurdle for many. With this in mind, as a Graduated Bachelor Student of the European Law School at Maastricht University and a Graduated Master's student in the European Private Law program at the University of Amsterdam, I offer my knowledge. expertise and support in overcoming these hurdles, explaining the difficult legal concepts, and clarifying the structure and approach used in many European-focused legal courses. My approach is direct and hands-on. I will go over the required readings, explain and clarify difficult concepts, go through case law, and prepare for exams. My mentality is to create a personalized plan for each student and cater to their specific needs. The ultimate goal of the tutoring in my opinion is both reaching a satisfactory end goal ( passing the course and getting a good grade), as well as developing legal and organizational skills. The main areas of law that I will be offering tutoring in are European/Comparative Contract law, EU Substantive law, Consumer Rights Law, Human Rights in Private Law, EU Company law, and European/Comparative Tort law. Le droit international est un domaine du droit en pleine croissance dans un monde de plus en plus globalisé. Enseigné par le fondateur et directeur du World Moot on International Law and Animal Rights, ce cours combine la théorie du droit international public et la pratique. Il dispensait des cours traditionnels transmettant des connaissances juridiques de fond et une formation aux compétences juridiques, notamment sous la forme d'exercices de plaidoirie. Nous travaillons également sur les techniques et les stratégies d'évaluation et, pour tester les connaissances de l'étudiant, nous effectuons des exercices sous forme d'évaluations simulées (essais et questions-problèmes) notées par le tuteur. Il englobe des domaines du DIP tels que le droit international des droits de l'homme, le droit international humanitaire, le droit pénal international et le droit international et les conflits armés.

Titulaire d'un Master II en Droit international et préparant actuellement l'examen d'entrée au CRFPA. Je propose mes services de cours particulier en Droit . L'apport principal d'un cours particulier ne réside pas seulement dans l'apprentissage mais plutot cerner la méthodologie et savoir exactement ce qu'attendent les enseignants a voir sur vos copies . Ma méthode repose principalement sur l'écoute et le dialogue afin que je puisse analyser la situation de l'étudiant et par conséquent lui apporter une méthodologie adéquate .

Ik ben ervaren trainer op juridisch gebied, en heb de praktijk ook mogen ervaren. Daarbij heb ik zowel een juridische als cijfermatige achtergrond met universitaire diploma's behaald naast mijn werk. We starten in deze trainingen bij het rechtsgebied, en oriënteren ons dan op de situatie door een juiste analyse te maken van de omstandigheden. As a 'Cum Laude' and honors graduate of Columbia University and the University of Groningen in International and European Law I have extensive knowledge of these legal fields. I specialised in Public International Law, International Humanitarian Law, International Criminal Law, as well as International Human Rights Law. I give introductory classes in these legal fields as well as more advanced classes where we will also look at current developments and the interplay with other disciplines such as Politics or Diplomacy. Using the Socratic method I try to make my lessons as engaging as possible. This means that I will not simply lecture you but engage in a dialogue/debate with you in order to stimulate critical thinking. I am currently working at the United Nations Office in Geneva and thus have insights into how International Law works in reality. Depending on your needs, I give University-preparatory classes, exam-preparation classes for University students, or help with dissertations or writing/research projects. Bonjour à tous, J'aide les étudiants dans la préparation des TD, leurs révisions et la préparation du CRFPA, tant sur la méthodologie que sur le fond (notamment en droit pénal, procédure pénale, droit des obligations, droit de la famille et droits et libertés fondamentaux). J'ai travaillé au tutorat de l'Université de Poitiers durant ma L2 puis à celui de l'Université Toulouse Capitole durant mon M1 et M2. J'ai donc particulièrement l'habitude d'aider les étudiants de tout niveau et de m'adapter à leurs besoins. J'ai accompagné de façon personnalisée un étudiant de licence 3 souffrant de plusieurs troubles dys. Je prodigue également des conseils sur l'organisation et la manière de travailler à l'Université. Ayant majoré le grand oral du CRFPA à l'Université de Toulouse lors de la cession 2023 avec la note de 17/20, je peux aider les étudiants dans la préparation de cet exercice compliqué et proposer des simulations.
