    Présentation

    Hello,

    My name is Mélaine, I am a professional musician and a state-certified drums / percussion teacher. With several years of experience in both individual and collective lessons, I offer drums and percussion lessons and can teach music theory as well as offer musical awakening.
    After going through the Rennes conservatory and then through the Haute Ecole des Arts du Rhin in Strasbourg, I am currently continuing my studies at the Haute Ecole de Musique in Lausanne in order to deepen my pedagogical and instrumental knowledge.
    It is with pleasure that I will teach you or your child, individually or in groups according to your wishes.

    Education

    Studies and degrees :

    2017 - 2020:
    - DNSPM and DE: Haute Ecole des Arts du Rhin (Strasbourg) in the class of Emmanuel Séjourné, Stephan Fougeroux and Denis Riedinger. Educational referent DE: Marie Eve Thallinger.
    - License in musicology at the University of Strasbourg (L3).
    Diplomas obtained in June 2020.

    2013 - 2017:
    Rennes CRR: class of Rémi Durupt (percussions), Gildas Lefaix (dance accompaniment) and Stephan Stanger (jazz drums).
    DEM obtained in May 2016.

    2015 - 2017:
    License in musicology (L1, L2) at the University of Rennes II.

    2015 :
    Certificate of Aptitude for the Functions of Animator (BAFA).

    2012 - 2015:
    Lycée Bréquigny (Rennes) - Arts Studies course.
    Scientific Baccalaureate (TB).

    Expérience / Qualifications

    Educational experiences:

    October 2019:
    Realization of the project “Influx Nerveux”: creation with a group of students of the music of an animated short film.

    Since April 2018:
    Percussion speaker at DEMOS Strasbourg.

    2016 - 2017:
    - Occasional replacements as a percussion teacher at the Rennes CRR and interventions within the framework of the Orchestra at School project.
    Private teacher of drums and percussions.

    April 2016:
    Realization of the "Percu'mania" project: concert around the world of percussion and its repertoire in collaboration with the University of Rennes II.

    Since 2015:
    BAFA coordinator in leisure centers and summer camps.


    Artistic experiences:

    March 2020:
    Production with Les Percussions de Strasbourg, LiveatHome concert # 15.

    November 2019:
    Production in Leipzig (Germany) with the Contemporary Insights ensemble.

    Since September 2019:
    Member and co-founder of the multidisciplinary collective Les Insensés. Exploration and reflections on the place of the spectator in artistic creation.

    March 2019:
    Production at the Opéra National du Rhin with the LINEA Ensemble.

    September 2018:
    Production within the framework of the Traiettorie festival (Parma-Italy) with the LINEA Ensemble.

    Since 2017:
    Member and co-founder of RbS4tet - group composed of percussions, drums and electric bass at the crossroads of jazz, current music and traditional music.
