I have a basic program that includes the basic parts of speech and grammar and then I adapt the program according to the student's level and needs. Some examples: can focus more on speaking, help preparing for interview or studying abroad, adapt vocabulary if required specific vocabulary for work etc. My focus is bout the interpersonal contact with the student - encoureging and giving confidence to believe in their capacities, inspire motivation and a quick progress in the language.
