I am a yoga teacher, certified by the Yoga Alliance and specialized in Hatha. I love this discipline and being able to share it with other people and adapt it to their needs and objectives. I believe that yoga has numerous tools that can help us improve our lives on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual). Each body is a world and each of us are at different points in our lives, that is why I try to adapt my classes to the needs of the students at all times, whether they are in groups or individually. My hope is to help my students achieve their goals and leave classes feeling better than when they arrived. Classes are usually 1 hour, although they can also be 1 hour and a half. I start and end my sessions with a few minutes of relaxation. The rest of the session is dedicated to warm-up exercises and preparation for the asanas, in the same asanas and breathing exercises on some occasions.
