Hello! My name is Yana and I am a graduate from the Juilliard School, New York who is offering piano and harpsichord lessons for children and adults in Sofia! Originally from Bulgaria, I have received a Master's Degree in New York and an Honoree Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music. As a soloist, chamber music performer and as part of the orchestra I have played concerts in the US, Canada, Italy, The Netherlands, Japan, Singapore and Bulgaria. I greatly enjoy teaching and I care most for inspiring love for music and piano playing. I believe in the understanding of the needs, likes and ways of learning of each individual student and through that searching for the student's own creativity and imagination. My teaching experience includes teaching several years in music and art schools in New York and Cleveland and 9 years private practice and in music schools in Amsterdam.
