Trusted teacher: Yoga is a combination of exercises, poses, controlled breathing techniques, visualization, and meditation sessions which are the keys to balance the physical and mental body. My name is Lucy and I'm a certificated 300 TTC Yoga teacher. Yoga appeared in my life 6 years ago and from that time my life is constantly changing for better and better. 2 years ago I went to India to study Traditional Hatha Yoga Pradipika with a Yoga World Champion Kadambari and dr. K. Ashutosh in Swami Krishnananda Vidyapeeth Ashram in Mysore. I can easily say it was not only a simple yoga TTC it was a personal transformation program. After all, I also did Hatha Flow, Artistic Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Menstrual Yoga courses with the same teacher - Kadambari. From that time I started to share my knowledge as a Yoga instructor. Yoga is not only a physical practice but it is a whole beautiful philosophy that should be widespread - that's why I'm here - to give you a tool - Asanas and Pranayamas to start or continue your yoga journey. As I already did mention before besides Hatha I also teach Artistic Yoga which is a dynamic terpsichorean form of practice. Is a combination of modern scientific techniques and ancient yoga. I always try to get an individual approach to each student considering his needs and level of advancement. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me, I ll be more than happy to help and answer.

Trusted teacher: I have a high knowledge of Chinese culture and its customs, having traveled to different cities in China on two occasions, and learning first-hand from important teachers and sharing the day to day with them. I have experience as a Tai Chi and Chi Kung workshop for older adults with different cognitive conditions, focusing mainly on its therapeutic benefits. I approach my classes with a methodology that adapts to the objectives and needs of the student. We always start the class with a warm-up in which global exercises (organic conditioning and joint mobility) are combined with elongation and stretching exercises. Subsequently, the work of specific techniques (individual and joint) of the discipline is integrated with physical preparation to enhance them. Finally, exercises are carried out to calm down before the end of the class.

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese practice often described as a form of "moving meditation", immediately recognizable by its supple and graceful movements. But Tai chi is also an authentic and genuine martial art enabling one to reclaim one's body, often mishandled by the working life, so as to restore harmony with the mind. From my own experience as a practitioner and student of tai-chi for years in Fribourg and Bern, I have designed this course from the idea that, instead of learning tai-chi, one might be better served by learning how to teach oneself tai-chi. For me this means: - to become aware of one's body and to know how to "listen to it" - to discover one's strengths (often underestimated) - to overcome one's limitations (sometimes mental, often overestimated) - to develop self-confidence on the way to fulfillment. In this course, entirely focused on you, we will visit several essential movements, techniques and forms of the Tai chi and Qi Gong traditions (Qi Gong is a practice germane to Tai chi and that offers good preparatory exercises), at the pace that suits you best. If you are a beginner, we will try to give you a solid foundation to build upon, so that you can continue your practice according to your own aspirations -- be it by yourself, in a group or in a club or school. If you already have experience practising Tai Chi, we will build on what you have learned to develop your practice in a direction that allows you to reach your full potential.

The Yi Jin Jing or "Muscle Tendon Change Classic" is a Yang Qi set and is the experience of “Kung Fu Yoga” and is primary to developing what is known as "whole body method". Yi Jing Jing specializes in opening the body and harmonizing strength, flexibility and connection. For most Practioners, Yi Jin Jing is the missing link in their training. Standing Practice and Fa Gong (Loosening Practices) will also be a part of the curriculum. It is an experience in balance and is both vigorous and gentle while invigorating the elasticity of the body. It is also a “seasonal practice” as it clears the excesses, stimulates the bodily systems and strengthens the deficient tendencies. The joints, connective tissue, ligaments, muscles and tendons are all nourished by the circulation strength of Yi Jin Jing. This is an essence practice and so is suitable for all styles, for the young to the old.
