Trusted teacher: Hello! :) I'm a professional teacher/violinist with a “Master in education” from the Royal Conservatory. I teach either live or online from my studio located in the city center. I can also come at your place if you wish (I can reach different cities as I drive). Music making is guaranteed even through distance learning: you'll be provided with accompaniments and recorded music to support your learning process, giving so the opportunity of experiencing music making at its finest as you'll play often in a duo (violin and piano). You'll spare some money too as I will provide all the needed books and repertoire. You can play from your screen or even print at home the necessary sheets for the lesson rather than buying unnecessary extras. I graduated cum laude in my country and specialized in violin education here in Den Haag. I attended masterclasses and workshops with many celebrated musicians. As an orchestral violin player, I toured all over the world from Europe to China, and played with conductors such as Riccardo Muti, Wayne Marshall, John Axelrod, Pascal Rophè and many others. As a teacher, I have been teaching full-time from 2015 and got very good experience ever since. I have familiarity with all the most common syllabi such as Trinity, ABRSM or Suzuki. I like using technology but also new repertoire with different styles in my classes, I generally follow and develop my own pupil's musical interests. If you are a total beginner without any experience or an advanced musician, this class is suited for you! :)

Eleonora - Brussels$49
J'ai hâte de vous rencontrer, Eleonora EN I am an italian harpist currently living and working in Brussels. I graduated (Master of Music in Harp - soloist and orchestra) with first class honours in Italy and then I have decided to continue my studies at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles. Meanwhile, I have been going on with my soloist, orchestral and teaching career, enjoying every aspect of it. I am an enthusiastic teacher and I have more than 10 years experience in teaching harp, solfège, music theory and harmony on many levels, from children to adults. I have been working both as a private teacher and in my hometown's school of music in Italy (Scuola di Musica "Luigi Rachel"). I love to create a positive learning environment allowing the student to feel comfortable and stimulated, whether he/she is a beginner or an advanced musician. Every student has a tailored method of study for progressing at their own pace and I will carefully listen to every request. I pay close attention to the student's preferences, in terms of repertoire and goals, also arranging some musical scores that might not be intended for the harp in the first place. These classes are either intended for amateurs or aspiring professional musicians, young or adult learners. My mother tongue is Italian, but I am also fluent in English and French. I'm looking forward to meeting you, Eleonora

Trusted teacher: Hello! I am classical pianist in the last year of my Master's degree at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag. I teach Piano (and also Music Education) since 2016, to both children and adults. Teaching allows me to bring my passion and enthusiasm for music to the students, and I also find incredibly rewarding to guide and follow their musical and technical development! I am easily adaptable to the students' musical taste and expectations/goals in music learning, and I am also very mindful of how I communicate, according to the students' ages and personalities. I can teach classical music, pop, rock, or any other style. My approach consists of: giving you the necessary theoretical knowledge for what you wish to play; involving you actively in the choice of the pieces/songs you will play; setting up a long-term plan for your repertoire, so that your development is made step by step in a challenging - but achievable - way (and this way, you will feel more motivated!); giving you enjoyable and creative practicing strategies; creating a rich imagery revolving around the piece - by making up a story, relating the music to emotions, etc.; and also positive feedback! Thus, my lessons will allow you to: - Learn how to read scores. -Develop your musical understanding (from notes, rhythm, harmony, to musical taste, emotional comprehension of the music, or dive into aesthetic principles concerning the period and style of the piece,...). -Improve, step by step, until you are able to play that piece/song that you love. -Prepare yourself for exams. -Etc. The best thing is that it's possible for you to learn all this and have fun at the same time! Any question, don't hesitate to contact me.

Trusted teacher: Mixing a recorded music is the art to connect musical ideas to emotions. Whether it is your music or someone else’s recordings, I’ll help you develop your skills in order to give the perfect “make up” to any song. But what exactly is Music Mixing Engineering? Imagine that you recorded drums, bass, keyboard, guitars and vocal. Now you have to put everything together and be able to listen to all the instruments with perfect sonic separation. You need to match the emotional intention of the composer to the emotions of the listener. The decision to make the voice louder or not, bring the guitars to attention only in a specific moment of the song, specify the type of reverberation and so many other decisions is the responsibility of the one working on the mix. I’ll teach you all the 7 main steps for every successful mix and work in-depth each of those according to your development or previous knowledge. I’ll fine tune the lessons specifically for your needs. We can work with your recordings, but if you don't have one, don't worry. I'll bring multi-tracks recordings of different genres for you to learn and practice along. Common Questions: - Do I need to be a musician to mix a music? Although it certainly helps, you don't need to know how to play any instrument. - I don't have monitors or an acoustically treated room, can I learn anyway? For sure yes. You can use headphone and simple speakers like the one from your notebook, for example. Once you'll understand the techniques and develop your hearing, you move to the next level. - Which software (DAW) should I use? If you're starting now, I recommend Reaper or Logic Pro. If you're already experienced, any DAW of your preference. Book now and start learning from beginner to Pro the art of mixing.

Flute ONLINE for everyone. Children to Adults. (English, Russian) (Ghent)
Anna
I might not know much about flute, but what I know is that if you want to learn it, Anna's your gal. She's fun, smart, punctual and really professional and, to top it off, a really good teacher. She is going to make you feel appraised for your smallest accomplishments (which will definitely help you evolve much faster than using any conventional book/online course etc.) and will find the sweet spot between theoretical concepts and fun, practical songs to keep you entertained. I myself had an internal kerfuffle and nearly quit after 2 weeks of trying to learn flute. But flute can be fun and entertaining, and Anna's teaching method is the proof to that lemma!

Mario
Mauro created the energetic vibe right the moment I stepped into the class. I studied violin with other teacher before and Mauro helped me out transit smoothly to the new teacher with his teaching method. I really like doing scales with Etude, adding much more musicality. He also observed closely when I played and helped me improve each small details. I really appreciated that. Last but not least, the studio is equipped with piano as well and I enjoyed practicing duo with Mauro either with two violins or violin-piano.

After taking lessons from Andreea throughout the year, I own her a basket of gratitude for giving me opportunity to integrate myself with music. She is always patient yet precisely correct your techniques while having lessons, so there is no doubt that she gives amazing courses.
