Theta Healing is a world renowned healing method that was created by Vianna Stibal during her own personal journey. This is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy - not specific to one religion but accepting them all. It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. Expressing yourself through art can help reduce depression, anxiety and sickness. I work with different art techniques, such as creative writing, drawing, painting or music. No foreknowledge or artistic skills are required to attend my art meditation sessions.
