Jake is helping me improving my fluency before moving to the U.S., and after a few lessons I feel more comfortable in speaking. You can talk about everyday stuff as well as big issues with him in a relaxed atmosphere. He listens to you and cares about your needs. He is an easy-going person and he also well-prepared, he combines kindness and professionality. Also, his British accent really helps you improving your listening skills. Last but not least, he is very punctual (I'm Italian...), and the fact that he comes to you really helps if you're busy. I definitely recommend him!
